z» Proxy usage tutorial.
It is quite simple to setup your browser to work through proxy. Almost every browser support this feature.
You only need to find correct options section of your browser. This page is to help you speed up configuring your browser.
z» Proxy Settings in Internet Explorer 6.X, 7.X, 8.X
* Select menu "Tools" \ "Internet Options";
* Click "Connections";
* If you use Dial-Up connection,
choose your connection and click "Settings" button.
If you use LAN connection, click "LAN Settings" button
in the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" group box;
* Unselect "Automatically detect proxy settings" checkbox.
* Unselect "Use automatic configuration script" option.
* In the "Proxy Server" area,
click the check box next to "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
* Enter proxy server IP address and proxy port.
* Enable "Bypass proxy server for local addresses".
* Click "Advanced" button right next to proxy port field.
* Click "Use the same proxy server for all protocols".
* Click "OK" button to activate new proxy settings.

* If you are using version 2.0.x select menu Edit -> Preferences
otherwise select menu Tools -> Options.
* Select "Advanced" tab.
* Open "Network" tab.
* Click "Settings" button in the "Connections" area.
* Select "Manual proxy configuration"
* Enter your HTTP proxy IP address and port number.
* Click "Use this proxy server for all protocols".
* Click "OK" button to activate new proxy settings.

* Click on the Apple menu and select "System Preferences".
* Select "Network".
* Open the "Proxies" tab.
* Check "Web Proxy" and "Secure Web Proxy".
* Enter your HTTP proxy IP address and port number for both protocols.
* Click "Apply Now" button to activate new proxy settings.
